be given safe passage to a third country as a way of
ending the violence, David Cameron told al-Arabiya.
He said: "I am certainly not offering him an exit

in bid to end bloodshed

Cameron suggested today that

Laham, became the latest victim of a wave of
assassinations targeting Syrian officials, army officers

officials were killed in a rebel bombing on the state
security headquarters in
Damascus
in July.
