We send you this letter to let you know that, Mrs. Laila Shwekani an Engineer “Syrian Amercan Citizen “ was tortured and killed in a prison of Sidnaya (human slaughterhouse) according to the Syrian Human Rights Committee .
This lady holds US . citizenship, and There is no doubt that, her Family have brought the news of her arrest to you , but you did nothing for her .
This Lady was arrested two years ago, and you are unaware that , this is a clear failure to neglect the fate of Syrian-American citizens and leave them unprotected in the hands of the executioners of Assad.
This complaint we are submitting to you to investigate this serious case before that, the fate of the Americans of Syrian origin will be unknown .
